That being said, I just wanted to say SOMETHING, ANYTHING. It is summer and there is not much going on here, so I really wanted to reach out and communicate with SOMEONE! Please communicate with us.
Let's see what we have done that is worthy of showing a picture... I don't suppose you want to see a picture of our tutor, Bernard? Would you like to see a link to the new Grammar books we want to purchase? What about a clip from the tv show Numb3rs in French?? No? Really?
I have a picture of our overly ambitious attempt to climb a mountain... with Claire. Or you can see a picture of Claire playing at a beach on a lake. How about Claire watching the Tour de France? It came through Albertville (before the leader got stripped of the yellow jersey for doping).
I'll post some pics anyway. We hope all is going well for everyone out there. Here's a question... Why does France close during the summer?

I'm so glad you found something to say. Love the pics! Claire looks so tall. Rest your tired brains and be glad that France shuts down. We're still plugging along here in America.
I finally got caught up on your blogs. They put some joy in missing you. Thank you for calling. I'm so sorry I missed you but it was wonderful to hear your voices on my birthday. I worked from 8:30am to 11:30pm. ah, Thank God I have a job with lots of hours. I love the pictures. I love you.
I'm glad ya'll are having a fun summer. Would love to see some of the pictures Claire has taken. Rest your brains for the next few weeks so you will be ready for one more round of school.

I'm so excited for all the adventures and opportunities y'all (yes, i am texan) are experiencing in France. I miss you terribly, and I'm hoping sometime next summer I can pull together some money and come and see you. I loved France so much :D
